The Yakima Spare Ride is a durable, stable and secure way to transport bikes on the spare tire of your vehicle. The SpareRide fits nearly any size spare tire including oversized truck tires (P195 to P318). The bike rack mounts to the spare tire bolt pattern with the included universal mounting plate (fits most spare tire bolt patterns).
This spare tire mounted bike rack has a 2 bike capacity.
The mounting knob has a lock for security. This will lock the Spare Ride to your vehicle.
A locking cable is also included to secure your bikes to the Spare Ride.

SuperCush cradles pad and support the bikes
Yakima anti-sway cradles ensure secure transport and eliminate bike to bike contact.
ZipStrip ratcheting straps secure the bikes to the rack and are fully removable. No more rubber straps that fade and crack over time.
