The Malone Telos XL load assist kayak rack temporarily attaches onto a Malone kayak rack and greatly reduces the effort required to load and unload a kayak.
The pair of Malone Telos lift assist frames with cradles temporarily attach to the Malone kayak racks when you are ready to load and unload your boat.
One person can operate the Telos to raise the kayak up the side of your vehicle. Place the kayak in the Telos cradles in the lowest position. Alternate moving the self-locking ratchets up until both are in the top position. Then slide the kayak onto the Malone kayak rack cradles.
You can easily and quickly detach the Telos XL and use it on the other side of the vehicle to load your second kayak.
The new ground level adjustable extensions totally avoid contact with the vehicle's sheet metal.

The Down Loader, J Loader, SeaWing and Auto Loader kayak racks will all mount to Rhino racks, Whispbar racks, Inno racks, Thule racks, Yakima racks, and most factory roof racks. This lift assist provides a safe way to vertically raise the kayak into a position where it can easily be loaded into the carriers.
NOTE: MUST be used with the Malone Auto Loader, Downloader, Sea Wing or J-Loader kayak rack (kayak carrier is sold separately).
