Yakima Flip Side 4 bike hitch rack

The Yakima Flip Side 4 bike hitch rack 2426 is the first hitch rack to offer a 90 degree tilt to the side to access the trunk of your vehicle.

The Flip Side hitch rack rotates completely out of the way, to the left, or to the right, with the push of a button, to access the trunk. It also features Yakima's finest arm padding and sliding Switch Blade anti-sway cradles for improved bike protection and retention.

The Flip Side has a 4 bike capacity (30 lbs per bike).

Compatible with BOTH 2” AND 1 Ό” hitch receivers without any additional adapter.

Tilts 90 degrees to the left or to the right to access the trunk.

Premium sliding Switch Blade anti-sway cradles to eliminate bike to bike contact during travel.

Narrower arms fit wider variety of bike frames and sizes.

Trigger Finger release enables arms to fold down when not in use for easy parking.

Integrated Lock Down security cable and Hitch Lock are included to secure your bikes to the Yakima Flipside hitch rack and the Flip Side to your vehicle.

The Yakima Flipside hitch rack has a premium metallic powdercoat finish.

Roc Steady hitch tongue with threaded hitch pin for greater stability.

The Flip Side weighs 36.8 lbs.

Dimensions: 43” high and 39” extension from hitch bolt hole (14" when folded.)

12” between back of mast and hitch bolt hole.

Distance from the bolt hole to part of the rack nearest the vehicle is 9".

Distance between arms is 11" (center to center).

For swinging rear door clearance, the arms are 12" high from the center of the tongue when flipped.
