Secure locking skewer with a new intuitive-grasp clamping lever ensures safe bike transport.

Because of a raised skewer position, the Thule Prologue is able accomodate all disc brake & suspension combinations with standard 9mm axles. Also approved for carbon fiber forks.

The Prologue is made with a high-strength, composite plastic head and black powder-coated aluminum wheel tray.

The single-wall aluminum heel tray fits tire widths up to 2.6” wide with high profile rims.

Carries bicycles with a wheelbase up to 48”.

The Prologue mounts to both Thule racks and Yakima racks without any tools.

Note: Xadapt 9 needed to mount the Prologue on Thule Rapid Aero bars or Xsporter bars (sold separately).

Thule One-Key System compatible - requires 1 Lock Cylinder to lock bike to carrier and carrier to roof rack. (sold separately).
