The Thule Outrigger II 847 is great for solo paddle trips.  The extension bar provides that extra hand when loading a boat onto your kayak rack. A great addition to your Thule kayak rack.

Retractable bar extends from inside the Thule Load Bar and provides pivot point for loading boats onto taller vehicles.

Allows for full length of load bar to be utilized for other accessories.

Prevents unwanted boat to vehicle contact.

Strength provided by a steel bar that is encased with aluminum.

Integrated load stop prevents boat from sliding off bar when loading and unloading.

The Outrigger II fits Thule load bars only.
