At almost half the weight of traditional hitch racks, the new Thule Helium 3 bike hitch rack 9043 brings an all new meaning to the term “ease of use”.

A lightweight aluminum construction makes for easy rack handling during installation and removal. The Helium is 40% lighter weight than traditional hitch racks.

The Hitch Switch quick-release lever allows for rapid rear vehicle access with the push of a button.

The Helium bike arms conveniently fold down when not in use with the Hitch Switch lever.

Accommodates both 2" and 1 1/4" receivers right out of the box with the Stinger Swinger hitch adapter.

Easy bike loading with narrow distance between bike cradle arms – ideal for women’s and kid’s bikes w/o the need for adapters.

Simple, no tools installation. Slide the Helium into the receiver and tighten the locking knob to eliminate an wiggle.

The Helium has a 3 bike capacity and is also available in a 2 bike model (Helium 9042).

Maximum bike stability provided with T3 cradles and No Sway Cage anti-sway device. Cradles easily adjust along the bike arm to accommodate different style bikes. No Sway Cage anti-sway device prevents bike to bike contact.

Maximum bike security – integrated locking cable locks bikes to the Helium, and a locking knob locks the Helium to the receiver hitch.

The Helium bike hitch rack is made of 6061-T6 high strength aluminum, with a durable anodized finish, a powder coated steel stinger assembly, and injection molded nylon cradles.
