The Thule Aero Blade aluminum crossbars are designed to be the most aerodynamic and quiet roof rack bars on the market.

Carry up to 165 lbs of gear (weight is dependent on vehicle).

Compatible with 95% of Thule racks and accessories.

The Aero Blade crossbars help provide better fuel economy due to superior aerodynamics and minimal wind drag.

The Aero Blade bars can only be used with the Thule Rapid roof racks: Rapid Traverse 480R, Rapid Crossroad 450R, Rapid Podium 460R, Rapid Tracker 430R, and Rapid Aero Foot 400XTR

Wind Diffuser - a textured surface on the t-slot weather strippng that disturbs the airflow better than a smooth surface, greatly reducing wing noise.

Box Beam - The sophisticated Box Beam aluminum extrusion creates one of the strongest load bars in the market. Using a vertical load test, the Aero Blade crossbars can sustain over 800 lbs of force.

Smart Slide – a molded measurement system providing a quick, no-hassle, tape measure-free installation. Smart Slide also covers the underbar slot to improve aerodynamics and wind noise.

Swing Blade – the end cap pivots open to allow full access to the t-slot for easy accessory installs. End caps are included with each pair of Aero Blade load bars.
