Kuat Sherpa hitch bike rack

The Sherpa platform 2 bike hitch rack is the latest design from Kuat Innovations. Bikes are secured to the Sherpa without making contact to the frame.

This lightweight bike rack is made of heat treated aluminum and has a 2 bike capacity (40 lbs. per bike).

The Sherpa platform hitch bike rack only weighs 27 pounds.

Fits 20"- 29" wheels and up to 2.75" wide tires.

Holds bikes with up to 44.5" wheelbase.

Not recommended for downhill or freeride bikes.

A locking hitch pin and integrated bike cable lock included for extra security. The cable lock retracts into the arms when not in use.

The Sherpa is compatible with the Trail Doc (sold separately), which is a fully functional built in bike repair stand. The Trail Doc allows you to give your bike a quick tune before or after your ride.

Front and rear tire ratcheting straps secure your bike during transit.

The Sherpa hitch rack is equipped with Kuat's cinch-tight cam system to eliminate any wobble.

Folds up when not in use and tilts down to access the trunk, with the flip of a lever, even when fully loaded.

The Kuat Sherpa hitch rack is compatible with both 2" AND 1.25" receivers. The Sherpa comes with a 1.25" stinger, or tongue, and a 2" adapter sleeve.

The Sherpa is available in black chrome and white.
