Packasport uses only the finest materials and craftsmanship for all of its cargo boxes.  For durability and strength, each Packasport cargo box is built with reinforced fiberglass using laminations of aluminum, Cormat and foam.  It is similar to the process of building the hull of a hand-crafted boat.  An 18-mil gel coat finish (black or white) is then added to complete the contoured, sleek, and aerodynamic design. 

Packasport cargo boxes are available with a custom paint to match your vehicle or your personality.  The custom paint can match the paint code of your vehicle, or choose any other color that you would like.  Allow up to 3 weeks for custom paint.  Black and white are standard colors available for no extra cost.

Packasport cargo carriers mount easily to the crossbars of most factory racks and to both Yakima and Thule bars.  Simply adjust the crossbar spread to 30” and the Packasport boxes, with its unique crossbar channels, will rest onto the crossbars.  The cargo box then secures to the crossbars with the mounting hardware provided.  The only limitation is the crossbar width cannot exceed 4” and the crossbar depth cannot exceed 1.5”.

All cargo boxes are backed by a limited one-year warranty.
